Deep amber in color from the liberal use of caramel malts, the aroma is both piney and fruity from the use of Chinook, Ella and Citra hops. We added some sweet orange peel to accentuate the fruitiness fit for the festive days. A long resinous finish makes this Winter Ale a suitable companion to the hearty foods of the cold season.
